Jenna Jongkind
Jenna Jongkind joined Waiward in 2012 and currently holds the role of Manager, Human Resources. As a member of the Human Resources team, she partners with and supports all levels of the organization concerning employee and labour relations.
As the Manager, Human Resources she brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources specializing in talent acquisition, employee development and performance management. She lends strength in creating an inclusive and thriving workplace culture and exhibits a passion for innovative human resources practices and processes that optimize workforce efficiency and employee success.
Jenna earned a Business Management Diploma with a major in Human Resources Management from NAIT and has been an active member of CPHR Alberta since 2010. She continues her learning through various industry related initiatives and is working towards earning her designation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources.
