Veteran leader builds on decades of service and expertise to advance Waiward’s fabrication excellence

Edmonton, AB (September 16, 2025) – Waiward Industrial is proud to announce the appointment of Paul Devine as Vice President, Fabrication. Paul, who has dedicated 20 years of his career to Waiward, brings a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and deep understanding of the company’s fabrication operations.

Over his tenure at Waiward, Paul has held progressively senior roles, guiding teams through some of the company’s most complex and high-profile projects. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling Waiward’s 250,000+ sq. ft. fabrication facility, enhancing throughput capacity to more than 1,000 tonnes per week, and embedding a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.

  • Throughput Optimization – Maximizing production efficiency and schedule certainty across large-scale fabrication programs.
  • Collaborative Partnerships – Strengthening client relationships to support accelerated project delivery.
