Michael Hunter currently serves as Senior Director of Shop Operations, bringing 25 years of skilled trades experience and 15 years in a variety of leadership roles. In this capacity, he leads Waiward’s fabrication teams and supports the successful execution of complex projects across the organization.
With a strong commitment to Safety, Quality, and continuous improvement, Michael is focused on fostering a culture of operational excellence while driving performance, efficiency, and accountability throughout the fabrication facility.
