Jamie R. Lindsay
Jamie joined Waiward in 2023 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry. Throughout his career, he has held progressive financial leadership roles in both Edmonton and Hamilton, developing extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and corporate governance. As CFO, Jamie is responsible for overseeing Waiward’s financial strategy and performance, supporting sustainable growth, and ensuring the organization’s long-term financial strength.
Jamie is a strategic and collaborative leader who values building strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, clients, external auditors, boards, direct reports, and peers. He is recognized for his ability to align financial and operational objectives, provide data-driven insights, and support informed decision-making across the organization. His approach combines financial discipline with a focus on creating value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a Chartered Accountant (CA). His extensive industry experience, financial expertise, and commitment to operational excellence make him a trusted advisor and key member of Waiward’s executive leadership team.
