With more than 20 years of experience in the industrial construction industry, Gilberto brings a diverse background spanning fabrication, field construction, quality management, project management, and construction leadership. He began his career in the trades, gaining hands-on experience in both fabrication and industrial field operations before progressing into supervisory, quality, and project management roles.
This progression has provided Gilberto with a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from planning and fabrication through construction, execution, and project completion. His practical field experience, combined with extensive professional development and industry credentials, allows him to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective focused on safety, quality, and execution excellence.
