Robin Campeau
Robin joined Waiward in 2026 and currently holds the role of Director, Construction and Maintenance. With over 25 years of experience in the Maintenance, Turnaround and Construction industry, Robin lends his expertise in a hands-on, collaborative leadership style grounded in safety, relationship-building, and long-term client partnerships.
Beginning his career as a welder and progressing through field supervision, project management, and executive roles, he has led large, complex portfolios with full P&L ownership. His background spans labour relations, multi-union environments, and cross-functional leadership over finance, HR, quality, safety, project controls, supply chain, and operations, positioning him to support Waiward’s growth as a multi-trade general contractor.
